Bar Street

Aan allebei de zijden van de Bar Street bevinden zich uitgaansgelegenheden. De Bar Street is de plek om het nachtleven van Marmaris te ontdekken. In deze barren kun je allerlei muziek soorten vinden. Er is dus voor iedereen een plek. Na middennacht staat deze straat helemaal vol en hangt er een heerlijke party sfeer. Bar Street bestaat uit meer dan 15 barren en discotheken. Dit is dan ook de enige plek in Marmaris waar je uitgaansgelegenheden kunt vinden.

Squba Diving

Marmaris beschikt over een prachtige Mediterraanse zee die u een geweldige kans biedt om op allerlei soorten verschillende niveaus een kijkje te nemen onder water. Scuba Duiken introduceert u in de onderwater wereld. Er zijn meer dan 100 verschillende soorten zeedieren te vinden onder water. 

Jeep Safari

De Jeep Safari in Marmaris is de meest populaire attractie en dagelijkse excursie van Marmaris. Je kunt ervaringen op doen als reizen door de modder, stof en rotsen. Bij deze excursie zie je met 4 tot 8 mensen in een jeep. De excursie start meestal om 10:00 en duurt tot 17:30. Tijdens deze excursie bezoek je onder andere Turgut waterval en Kizkumu in Orhaniye Village. Iets als Kizkumu zult u nooit ergens anders op de wereld zien. Kizkumu is een 300 meter lange weg in de zee. Zowel aan uw linker als uw rechterkant ziet u zee. U loopt als het ware over de zee heen.

Daily Boat Trip to Dalyan, Caunos

Dalyan is a wonder of nature where the sea and the lake comes together. The region is famous with the golden beach of Iztuzu, Caretta Carettas, healthy Dalyan mud bath and the ancient city of Caunos. You can talk to many of boat captains in Marina for going those trips. Caretta Carettas, doesn’t go out from sea except to spawn eggs. They can spawn over 100 eggs in one-time. If you are lucky you can see Caretta Carettas on your trip at Dalyan.

A visit to the Cleopatra Island

Cleopatra Island is located on the 18 km north of Marmaris. Cleopatra Island is also known as Sedir Island or City Island. Cleopatra Island is famous with it’s golden sandy beach known as Cleopatra Beach and the ancient city of Cedrae. The remnants of the city walls can be seen.This old Greek Island has a very deep history about Ancient Greece.It’s name was Cedrae in Ancient Age.It took that name from the trees in the island named Cedrus.Apollon Temple is one of the most beatiful ancient ruins in Cleopatra Island.This sandy beach is made up of very tiny sand-like empty seashells and took millions of years to form this beach. So shiny and tiny. The beach is under conservation by the government, because it takes such a long time reproduce the sand.Beware that you can not take any sand with you when you leave the beach. You are also NOT allowed to take towels on to the beach since the sand sticks on to the towel. There is also a story about this beach based on Queen Cleopatra and her lover Mark Anthony.The story goes like this: Cleopatra island was the meeting place for Queen Cleopatra and and Mark Anthony, her lover. Cleopatra wanted this little secluded island to be her secret paradise. It is believed that Mark Anthony had shiploads of white sand brought from Egypt for their secret island as present and surprise for Cleopatra.

Marmaris Aqua Parks

If you’re on a family holiday in Marmaris, take a day out to visit the Marmaris Water & Aqua Parks, which is packed with enough thrilling water-rides, chutes and bumper boats to make both kids and adults want to come back another day for more. If you get hungry, you can wear a wristband that belongs to waterpark and come to our restaurant to eat lunch then you can go back to waterpark with that wristband.It has seven different types of waterslides,one wave pool an done kids pool.The waterpark is 700 meters away from our hotel.

Marmaris Castle & Museum

Marmaris Castle is from Ottoman Empire and has an outstanding landscape. Highly recommended for a daily trip and see the Marmaris panorama both during the day and night. Marmaris,is taking it's name from this Castle's story. Çelebi, who visited Muğla and its vicinity in the 17th century, says Sultan Süleyman ordered the construction of the castle before his expedition to Rhodes and that the castle served as a military base during the expedition. An important part of the castle was destroyed during World War I by a French warship. Until 1979, locals of Marmaris inhabited the castle, which is known to include 18 residences, a fountain and a cistern.

Rhodes Island

Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands in terms of land area and also the island group's historical capital. Island is 45 minutes to Marmaris by Ferry.

It is located northeast of Crete, southeast of Athens and just off the Anatolian coast of Turkey. Rhodes' nickname is The island of the Knights, named after the Knights of Saint John of Jerusalem, who once conquered the land.

Historically, Rhodes was famous worldwide for the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.The Medieval Old Town of the City of Rhodes has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe.
